The Central Marin Lacrosse Club is a non-profit 501.C.3 group of participants, coaches, parents, and community members organized to grow the game of lacrosse. Through teaching Youth Lacrosse, Central Marin Lacrosse Club strives to emphasize to participan
For Central Marin Blue Jays Lacrosse to be a dominant program we need to have something BIGGER than ourselves. Be it a cause or a theme, or a challenge, we need a GOAL; attainable and measurable, so that we may view the short term and long term success. Central Marin Lacrosse Club will aim for high growth without sacrificing our focus on the development of the individual in a team setting. This growth will be dependent on three main contingencies:
The efforts, abilities and sincerity of the coaching staff with respect to making this program a fun learning environment which builds confidence and encourages growth.
The participation of parents and family in the games, events and the recruiting ability therein. Events are meant to bring others around and share our passion, please invite your friends.
Success. Although it sounds counterintuitive to say we are not focused on wins and losses, and then champion success, the fact is that success breeds confidence and growth. We will look to improve our record each year, and this will mean that we want players who are competitive and have a desire to develop their skills even in the off-season.
